·        To beter equip the school staff to servet he needs of the disadvabtaged and disabled students
·        To act as a model with an innovative approach in school management
·        To servet he students better, to give them a better chance at school success and self-confidence
·        To create better relationships between school and family, to support them in areas they are weak
·        To coordinate several social services that can be of service for disadvantaged children
·        To increase the quality in teaching
·        Introduce a better system with higher inclusion and equality
Target group
·        Primary school students grades K-8
·        The parents who need support
 
CPB will start an innovative approach in Bolu with the profiling system and by taking all needs into consideration as additional support needs. Not only disabled children but all children disabled with their life needs (low income, bad housing, bad health in general, negative family situations, divorced parents, illiterate parents etc) will receive extra attention and support in order to help them catch up with their friends who have been bestowed with better life conditions in life. Inclusion and equality will be realities in the school not mere wishes with the help of the project. School will be better managed in terms of  relocating the sources (time, energy, money etc) where they are needed the most and will save teachers and students from getting frustrated since they will pinpoint the problems and will try to solve them more quickly. School discipline and classroom management will be better utilized since students will feel more accepted and self-confident and their success at school will increase. The students will be helped early in life by giving them better chances and better choices. Social services that can be utilized in helping the students with additional needs will be coordinated in a better manner (health, social services, pyschological services etc) and in time these services will be more and more efifcient in dealing with additional needs.
